We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to handle the dealership paperwork and perform general office tasks.
Job description:
Issuing bills of sale, invoices, etc.
Submitting the paperwork to tag agencies and the State
Working with the dealership's service suppliers (truckers, shipping agents, etc.)
Assisting sales people in their activities.
Office supplies, etc.
Compensation is to be discussed
Requirements:
Similar experience, English only in fine, but fluent Spanish is desirable
